Terms and Conditions

Our General Terms and Conditions of Contract comply with the recommendations of Bitkom, which have been designed for the ICT industry and approved by the Federal Cartel Office as a recommendation on terms and conditions.

They are organized in modules: a general "basic module", the General Terms of Contract (AV BITKOM) and specific "service modules" (special contract types). The basic module AV BITKOM regulates overarching issues (such as liability and service disruptions) for all service modules in the same way. The service modules are based on this basic module with their specific regulations. Therefore, the basic module and the respective service module can only be used together and not alone.

The service specific contractual terms given below are effective in the context of the General Terms of Contract.
